Swim Meet Options

Are you part of a league that uses Swimmingly across the board? Are you part of a division in a league that is using Swimmingly? Are you the only team that is using Swimmingly in your league? We have options for all of you!

Scenario #1: Swimmingly Team vs. Swimmingly Team

     Step 1: One of the teams creates the meet in the Swimmingly Clubhouse

      Step 2: Both teams create their Lineups for the meet

      Step 3: Both teams declare that they are “Heat Sheet Ready” in the lineup

      Step 4: Once both teams are Heat Sheet Ready, one team needs to merge the Heat Sheet

      Step 5: Download the meet on the home team’s Scorekeeper’s iPad

Scenario #2a: Swimmingly team (home team) vs. NON-swimmingly team (away team)

      Step 1: Swimmingly team creates the meet in the Swimmingly Clubhouse

      Step 2: Non-Swimmingly team adds their team to the Swimmingly Clubhouse: Click here to signup!

      Step 3: Non-Swimmingly team adds their roster to their team’s Clubhouse

      Step 4: Both teams create their Lineups for the meet

      Step 5: Both teams declare that they are “Heat Sheet Ready” in the lineup

      Step 6: Once both teams are Heat Sheet Ready, one team needs to merge the Heat Sheet

      Step 7: Download the meet on the home team’s Scorekeeper’s iPad

      Step 8: Once meet has concluded, Non-Swimmingly team can upload the results into their Team Management system via SD3 File

Scenario #2b - Swimmingly team (home team) vs. NON-swimmingly team (away team):

Step 1: Swimmingly team creates the meet in the Swimmingly Clubhouse

      Step 2: Non-Swimmingly team adds their team to the Swimmingly Clubhouse: Click here to signup!

      Step 3: Non-Swimmingly team creates their Lineup using their traditional software (Hytek, Team Unify, etc.)

      Step 4: Swimmingly team creates their Lineup in the Clubhouse

      Step 5: Non-Swimmingly uploads their Lineup SD3 File into the meet lineup in the Clubhouse

      Step 6: Home team merges the Heat Sheet

      Step 7: Download the meet on the home team’s Scorekeeper’s iPad

      Step 8: Once meet has concluded, Non-Swimmingly team can upload the results into their Team Management system via SD3 File

Scenario #3 – NON-Swimmingly team (home team) vs. Swimmingly team (away team):

Step 1: Swimmingly team creates the meet in the Swimmingly Clubhouse

      Step 2: Swimmingly team creates their lineup in the Swimmingly Clubhouse

      Step 3: Swimmingly team sends their Lineup SD3 File to the home team

      Step 4: Non-Swimmingly team creates the meet Heat Sheet

      Step 5: Swimmingly team can choose to bring Swimmingly Router and app to the away meet to track times
